Flat Out Love

A while back I was sent a super cool box full of goodies from the awesome people at Flat Out.

To say I was stunned at all the stuff inside when I opened my box would be an understatement!
Um, hello goodies!

Inside were:

4 different flavors of baked flatbread crips:
sea salt
garlic herb
four cheese
multi-grain

3 types of Flat Out wraps:
Original
Multigrain with flax
Lite Italian

3 types of Foldit Artisan Flatbreads:
Rosemary and Olive Oil
White
5 Grain flax

Plus, a water bottle (which I have been using all the time), a spreader, and a cutting mat.

I've actually been eating Flat Out wraps for a while now, long before they sent me this box of fun stuff.  Here's some posts where I used them.

Grilled veggie wrap with goat cheese  (I actually make this a lot, because it's sooooo good!)

The other products, besides the wraps, that Flat Out makes were not really on my radar til they sent them to me, but I've been making good use of them.  The other thing that's great about the wraps and flat breads, is that they freeze very well.  It's been so handy to just keep them in the freezer and then thaw one out when I want it.  Since receiving my goods, here's some things I've made with them.

A delicious Nutella, coconut, and fresh strawberry wrap.

A turkey, cheese, mustard, lettuce, and tomato wraps for my work lunches.

Plus sandwiches for work on the rosemary olive oil fold it flat breads.  This one had genoa salami, meunster, lettuce, tomato, and mustard.

I've made Greg and I black bean burgers on the white fold-it flat bread.

Multigrain wraps with grilled peppers, golden zuchinni, eggplant, and goat cheese.

Multigrain wraps with tuna, lettuce and colored cherry tomatoes.

And some sea salt crisps on the side, which are a great alternative to potato chips.  I prefer the plainer ones, because I'm not a huge fan of chips with seasoning, but my hubby liked the four cheese and garlic herb, which I gladly relinquished to him.  I hoarded the sea salt and multigrain ones for myself :)

And a wrap with sauteed veggies, tomato sauce, mozzarella, and a Chik' in patty.

With some more crisps on the side.

We really love the Flat Out stuff.  Like I said, it freezes well, and it's great for a quick healthy meal if you want to throw nut butter and fruit in one, veggies, lunch meat...whatever!  They rock!

Have you guys tried them?  I need more ideas for what to do with my stuff, so I'm all ears if you have more ideas!

*Disclaimer, this is my personal opinion about the Flat Out products, I wasn't compensated other than them sending me the products to try.  I really do think they are great :)

I love flat outs too! And we also freeze them - esp. when we can get them on sale at HT. Thanks for more ideas - because I don't have any :-) That's an awesome box to get!

I'm definitely going to have to try the Nutella, coconut and strawberry combination. Yum! :o)
